La Bimba has the relaxing ambiance that comes from its easy chairs and cushioned booths in a room with curves and an ocean outlook. The chef takes his inspiration from the sea and from coastal Spain and Morocco.
So the menu is peppered with terms like chermoula, spiced cous cous, scampi, and saffron-stained paella. Along with fresh squid, calamari, and catch of the day, the high quality produce of the Otways is in evidence from fresh vegetables to beef and pork.
La Bimba again scored highly in The Age Good Food Guide for 2013, placing it in the top 20% of Victorian restaurants. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day.Tweet
