The Bellarine Peninsula forms the Western entrance to Port Phillip Bay. It became a very popular summer holiday destination in the 1800s, and the town of Queenscliff retains much of the character of that age. Restored guesthouses and boutique hotels allow visitors to experience something of that era. A wide array of fine dining makes it the perfect spot for a short break in all seasons.
